
My current breakfast obsession: 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt + 1 scoop whey protein + dash of cinnamon + 1 scoop sunfiber + handful of mixed berries. Mix the first four ingredients with a few tablespoons of water until smooth, then throw in berries. Put in the freezer for 10 mins to make the texture more creamy. 45g protein, 10g fiber - great way to start the day!
